A Football Insider report has claimed that Jake Hastie has agreed terms to join Rangers.
It suggests the winger will join on a four-year contract worth £15,000-a-week.

The move wouldn’t go through until the summer, though, when his current deal with Motherwell expires.
A deal with Rangers certainly didn’t look on the cards at the start of this season.
At that stage, Hastie was heading out on loan to Championship side, Alloa Athletic.

However, after impressing there, he returned to Fir Park in January and promptly made his first-team debut.
Since then, things have only got better.

He’s scored five goals and registered one assist in nine league appearances for ‘Well, so far.
It looks like he’ll barely manage double figures before moving to Ibrox, though.

When Rangers come knocking it’s hard to ignore and despite coming through the Motherwell youth system, he appears to be on his way to Ibrox.
Yet, some Bears are skeptical about the terms of this reported deal.

£15,000-a-week is a pretty outlandish figure. There’s surely no way an almost completely unproven youngster would be able to command such a fee.
The Gers don’t have huge cash reserves to be throwing around, so if a £15k-a-week deal was being offered to anyone, that player would need to be both a special talent and well established.
