Ex-Rangers striker Zak Rudden has been linked with a move to the Scottish Premiership as Motherwell reportedly line up an approach for the Partick Thistle star.
Zak Rudden, 21, has been at Firhill since the January of 2020 and over the course of the last two seasons he has impressed at the Jags with several suitors keeping tabs on the forward.

According to the Daily Record, Motherwell are one such club with the Fir Park side having a gap to fill amid claims leading scorer Tony Watt could be set for a move to Dundee United.
Reports in the same newspaper have previously suggested the two sides are thrashing out a deal which could see the ex-Celtic forward move this month following the signing of a pre-contract deal.
The original Record report claims relegation-threatened St Johnstone are also considering a move for the striker with Partick said to be demanding a “six figure” fee.
Interestingly, this report comes amid angry claims from Thistle manager Ian McCall regarding meagre bids despite the fact Zak Rudden will see his contract expire at Partick in the summer.
Ex-Rangers striker Zak Rudden has been subject of Premiership transfer bids
“There have been two or three bids from other clubs as well as St Johnstone but nothing that I would look at,” said McCall [National].
“Ultimately it won’t be my decision, it will be the board’s, but they will take my advice.
“There’s nothing that we would think about right now. [The interest in Zak Rudden] is certainly more than the clubs that have been mentioned but there have been offers made.
“These things tend to heat up, don’t they? But we are hopeful he will still sign a new deal to stay here.
“We will be doing all we can to keep him but I have been in football a long time and I know how quickly things can change. It’s a fluid situation so we just have to wait and see what happens.
“Anything that has come in we have turned down but we will have to see what comes in the next few weeks.”

Despite never playing in a professional game for Rangers, Zak Rudden was involved with the first team squad during Steven Gerrard’s first season at the club, scoring in a 6-0 humbling of Bury in pre-season.
But a lack of game time was stuttering the youngster’s development – despite how highly rated he was at Rangers – and the move out of Ibrox appears to have paid off.
Zak Rudden isn’t the only Rangers-linked striker said to be interesting clubs in this window as one forward currently at Ibrox continues to be linked to the Premier League.
