Highly reputable club insider account, Four Lads Had a Dream, have claimed that Rangers midfielder Greg Docherty was scouted by multiple clubs during a friendly against Leicester City on Tuesday afternoon.

A mixed Gers side emerged 3-0 winners against a youthful Foxes XI, with Docherty on the scoresheet alongside skipper James Tavernier and Greg Stewart.

Docherty has been on the peripheries of first-team operations for some time, having last made a competitive appearance in mid-August.
