Here, we list all of Ally McCoist’s Rangers signings made during his unprecedented era as manager of the Ibrox giants.

Ally McCoist is the most decorated Rangers player of all-time with 20 major honours and the Govan club’s greatest ever goalscorer with 355 strikes.

Put simply, he is the ultimate Rangers legend and has been central to team’s greatest successes, but also the Ibrox side’s lowest ever times.

McCoist was right at the centre of Rangers’ administration, liquidation and subsequent demotion from the Scottish Premier League to the Third Division in 2012.

He was appointed as Walter Smith’s successor in the Ibrox dugout a year previously and went on to guide Rangers back up through the divisions to the Championship in 2014.

Integral to that rise from the depths of professional league football in Scotland was McCoist’s recruitment – some of which very good, some of which completely forgettable.
