Rangers fans certainly enjoyed the weekend’s win over Celtic at Hampden as the Ibrox side burst the Parkhead club’s treble dreams and ignited hopes of ending a Gers Scottish Cup hoodoo.
Rangers haven’t won the competition since 2009 and if they can lift the cup against Hearts it’ll be for the first time in a long, painful 13 years.

But as Celtic fans and ex-players moan about referees and bleat into the void, Rangers supporters are in party mood with faint hopes of their own treble still alive.
No matter where Rangers fans were on planet Earth, they were celebrating the victory but one group of brave supporters went behind enemy lines to cheers on the boys in blue.
In a clip that has gone viral, a group of Rangers fans are filmed in the Celtic end in Hampden amongst some pretty glum looking Parkhead faces.
Belting out “can you hear the Celtic sing?”, this hilarious clip is bound to have bluenoses in stitches and saluting those involved for turning the screw on their eternal rivals.

Rangers fans goad rivals in Celtic end at Hampden
If anything, this brave rendition from Rangers fans deep into enemy territory sums up the monumental difference between the supporters at Hampden on Sunday.
Rangers fans out-sang their opponents all afternoon as their team outfought them on the park.
The Gers will now fight to the bitter end in their campaign with a Europa League semi-final on the horizon and a Scottish Premiership clash with Motherwell this weekend.
Whilst six points separate Rangers and Celtic in the Scottish top flight, if the Gers can pip the Steelmen and Celtic stumble away to Ross County, it sets up an interesting finale indeed.

Rangers go to Celtic Park next weekend and if they can cut the lead to 0 points or even 1 then we suspect the final three matches will be mighty nervy.
If Rangers fans needed any encouragement whatsoever, then they need only look at the comments of one struggling Parkhead star.
