Bojan Miovski has caused Rangers a world of problems this season but, after missing his side’s win over Eintracht Frankfurt, it could be Duk that is Aberdeen’s biggest threat.
Gers boss Philippe Clement will have done his homework and, having faced Barry Robson’s side already, will know full well what sort of threat they pose.
With Bojan Miovski struggling for fitness, Rangers could be facing an entirely different threat in Duk, if Aberdeen’s talisman fails a late fitness test.

Rangers could face Aberdeen with different forward threat
The pair, in the past, have both been linked with moves to Ibrox, it’s never really been anything concrete and always seemed more like paper talk or former players making recommendations.
At times, we have struggled against both of them and it shows the bargains that are available if your scouting department gets it right.
Duk hasn’t been as prolific as he was last season and a formation change has also affected his game time but his goal against Frankfurt serves as a reminder of the threat that he could pose.
Put it this way, a 100% Duk is more of a danger than a 75% Bojan Miovski, especially if his dodgy hamstring is still tight.
What Rangers have to prioritise is stopping the ball getting to whoever is picked.
The goal conceded at Pittodrie was embarrassing for a professional side, never mind one of Rangers quality.
They will be direct and look to counter attack and get behind our higher defensive line and Jack Butland will have to be on his toes to sweep up anything that can’t be won at source.
Both Duk and Bojan Miovski would probably improve Rangers squad as it stands just now and keeping them quiet will be key to doing what we haven’t done in over a decade – lift the league cup.
The ViaPlay Cup is the first silverware on offer this season and, after a hugely successful Europa League run, Rangers have to take advantage of the current high at the club and there should be no motivational talks required to beat Aberdeen.
Whoever they play upfront.
