Rangers still have along way to go under Philippe Clement but, with Todd Cantwell starting to pull the strings, he is a chance of pulling off what once seemed unthinkable.
The Gers boss has made a few changes in his squad, with subtle tactical tweaks paying dividends.
One such tweak has been moving Todd Cantwell back into a more advanced position for Rangers where we all know that he plays his best football.

Rangers position shift can see Todd Cantwell drive success
The front four need to produce numbers and the 25-year old playmaker is starting to peak at the right time.
Previously, we have seen £1.5m signing Cantwell trying to dictate play from midfield and behind the ball but, as explained by the player himself via The Rangers Review, less is more:
“Listen, the thing that’s clear is I am playing as a different No 10 than I was before. It is a different style, a different way of playing the way we are playing just. You can see that I am not being asked to play the way I was last season.
“I see a lot of comments. Todd’s not getting involved. Todd’s not doing this. But I am being asked to play differently and it is working. The numbers are coming through, I am enjoying myself so let’s just enjoy it.”
He maybe isn’t as involved in the games as he was before but Todd Cantwell has clearly been given license by the Rangers manager to be braver on the ball and in his positioning.
Let others build the play and get into positions to cause teams problems instead.
Man of the match at Ibrox against Livingston, Cantwell is now combining work rate with inspiration.
Rather than just recycling possession he is looking to break lines, play wingers in behind or spilt defences to find runners.
He is also making those runs himself too and it is paying off as four goals in his last six league games show.
As Todd says, let’s just enjoy it, because he clearly is.
