Lee Hodson has been snapped in Rangers training today – but he’s not on his way back to the club full-time.
The St. Mirren loanee is back at Rangers to receive treatment for an ankle injury. The full back has been ruled out of action since picking up the knock in February. He was snapped at the Hummel Training Centre in images used by The Daily Record.
But fans needn’t think he’s back in the fold at Ibrox. He’s just taking advantage of our top of the range medical facilities.

The right back’s injuries actually impact St. Mirren more than anyone else. Whilst it’s widely agreed Lee Hodson isn’t of the required ability to make it at Ibrox, the Northern Irishman’s been an important part of the Paisley side this season.
Lee Hodson important to St. Mirren’s fortunes
Hodson has made 20 appearances for the relegation threatened outfit this year. St. Mirren currently sit bottom of the Scottish Premiership table, a point off fellow strugglers Dundee.
They’re four points off 10th place Hamilton. The Buddies have a huge ten games ahead as they look to retain their Scottish Premiership status. Finishing 11th would see them have a playoff with a side from the Championship.

Mark Warburton signed Lee Hodson from MK Dons in 2016. His three year deal is set to expire in the summer, and it’s highly unlikely he’ll be offered another.
The Northern Irishman could potentially be one of 15 players who leave Ibrox in the summer.
Hodson, 27, has also played for Watford, Brentford and Kilmarnock in his playing career to date.
