Watch Davide Zappacosta sing Follow Follow live on Instagram

The Famous Glasgow Rangers are followed far and wide and it seems that there’s an international contingent in the Chelsea dressing room who follow the club. In a live video on Cesc Fabregas’ Instagram feed, you can hear Davide Zappacosta proudly signing Follow Follow.

The group were playing a few games of pool as they aren’t on international duty and Fabregas decided to stream the game.

In the background, you can hear Zappacosta belting out “there’s not a team like the Glasgow Rangers, no not one and there never shall be one.”

He also throws in a cheeky “f*** the Celtic” at the end. Some boy.

How did Davide Zappacosta become a Rangers fan?

Perhaps the 13 times capped Italian wingback simply loves the club. Rangers have fans all over the world and the Gers might’ve caught the eye of Davide Zappacosta growing up.

Rangers also have a plethora of Italian connections at the club. This includes goalscoring hero Marco Negri, right back Sergio Porrini, left back Paolo Vanoli, and of course Rino Gattuso. Not forgetting former captain Lorenzo Amoruso. All of these players retain a strong connection to the club.

At Chelsea, Vanoli served on Antonio Conte’s backroom staff and Tore Andre Flo is also currently a coach.

Billy Gilmour is a diehard Rangers fan and the impressive youngster has made the move there. Maybe it’s him having an influence on the Chelsea dressing room?

Whatever the reason, it doesn’t really matter to Rangers fans.

Davide Zappacosta will always be welcome at Ibrox to take in a match or in the blue part of Glasgow for a pint.
