Rangers birthday boy Jack Butland has described his 31st celebrations as a “good day” following the club’s Scottish Cup win over Hibs.
A trip to Hampden to face Hearts awaits for Rangers following a 2-0 victory over the Jambos’ Edinburgh rivals which appears to have set Scottish football on fire.
But whilst collectively the Scottish Cup victory was a very good day for Rangers, Jack Butland has been responding to his sports management agency on Twitter on a personal level.
Jack Butland on birthday celebrations
Rangers goalkeeper Jack Butland celebrated his 31st birthday in the Scottish Cup win over Hibs and this was recognised by sports management agency Triple S Sports Management.
The group took to social media platform X to wish their client and the Rangers goalkeeper a happy birthday before Butland himself responded.
Claiming “it was a good day”, Super Jack clearly enjoyed the victory over Hibs even if he uncharacteristically almost cost the Gers with a mistake in the first half.
Keeping his 23rd clean sheet of the season in the match, it was the perfect birthday present for Jack Butland, who was also congratulated by Rangers.
Sky is the limit for Rangers goalkeeper
As Jack Butland celebrates another birthday, Ibrox fans have been singing the goalkeeper’s praises all season long.
The big stopper has been an immense presence between the sticks this campaign and his form has Butland firmly in the discussion for the England Euro 2024 squad.

Having played a blinder in last week’s 2-2 Europa League draw in Portugal with Benfica, the goalkeeper appeared to live up to claims from Angel di Maria that he’s one of the best stopper’s in Europe.
Jack Butland has made 46 appearances for Rangers and whilst exactly 50% of those have included clean sheets, the goalkeeper has conceded 35 goals for the club.
