Rangers duo Lewis Mayo and Jake Hastie could join Championship club Partick Thistle on loan, reports the Scottish Sun.
Both players have featured for the Gers during pre-season, with Mayo turning out against Thistle and Tranmere Rovers, and Hastie making an appearance against Arsenal.

They are both down the pecking order in their respective positions, though, with defender/holding midfielder Mayo up against the likes of Connor Goldson, Filip Helander and Steven Davis while winger Hastie has Ryan Kent, Scott Wright, Jordan Jones and Glenn Middleton for competition.
The likely solution is loan exits and the Scottish Sun claims that a double move to Firhill is on the cards.
It’s asserted that Mayo is ‘close’ to joining the Jags, while Hastie is also on Ian McCall’s radar.
The Jags earned promotion back to the Championship last season and start their second tier campaign on Saturday afternoon with a home fixture against Queen of the South.

Firhill would be a good destination for Mayo and Hastie, two players who aren’t likely to get much playing time, if any, if they stay at Rangers.
21-year-old Mayo has been there before, making three appearances in early 2020 before his stint was cut short by the pandemic.
He spent last season at Dunfermline, playing centre-back, right-back and CDM, and making 22 appearances.
Meanwhile, 22-year-old Hastie spent 2020/21 at former club Motherwell, but struggled for playing time in the Premiership and dropping down a division could help him to regain his confidence.
In terms of incomings, Gerrard won’t be adding a 21-goal English striker to his squad, as the player has signed a new deal at his current club.
