Former Rangers players Kyle Lafferty and Kyle Hutton have both been named in the SPFL Team of the Week after strong weekend performances.
No current Rangers players made the XI after Sunday’s disappointing draw at Dundee United.

The Light Blues dominated the vast majority of the game at Tannadice but only mustered one goal and as they conceded from a set piece, they had to settle for a point.
Two former Gers did make the cut, though, after standing out for their respective clubs.

Lafferty was one of three forwards to be selected after a brilliant individual display in Kilmarnock’s 3-0 win over Raith Rovers in the Championship.
The Northern Ireland international assisted Stephen McGinn’s opener, before bagging his second consecutive brace.
Despite now being 34, the ex-Ger has a remarkable record of 18 goals in 19 appearances across two spells at Rugby Park.

Meanwhile, Hutton impressed in midfield for Forfar Athletic as they defeated League Two leaders Kelty Hearts 1-0 at Station Park.
Hutton had been out of favour at fellow fourth-tier outfit Cowdenbeath but signed for Forfar at the beginning of the month after a substitute appearance as a trialist and he’s started all three games since.

Meanwhile, a player who struggled during his time at Ibrox is now thriving for a league-leading European giant.
