Leading sports psychologist Allistair McCaw has been spotted at Rangers as Michael Beale looks to rebuild his team’s ragged confidence.
The Ibrox support are at odds with their team at the moment with Celtic handed yet another trophy amid timid Rangers resistance from the same old faces.
The Rangers manager has also come in for substantial scrutiny for a range of poor decisions which contributed to the defeat, whilst many of the club’s players are also being criticised.
Now, sports psychologist Allistair McCaw has uploaded an image of himself at the Rangers Training Centre as the club’s squad looks to shake the “serial losers” tag.

The leading sports psychology author shared an image of himself with Michael Beale as well as snaps of the Training Centre following the painful result and performance at Hampden.
McCaw also uploaded a picture of himself with Rangers Women’s coach Amy MacDonald.
Whilst is isn’t clear precisely why Allistair McCaw is at Rangers, it doesn’t take a genius to work out why the club appear to be accommodating a sports psychologist.
This Rangers team in particular have bottled three of the last four league titles, are about to make it four out of five, and continue to toil in the domestic cups.
Rangers’ record of two trophies in eleven years is an embarrassment to the support and with the millions spent everyone involved in the squad’s management and recruitment needs a shake.
But most of all, these battle-scarred players need some kind of therapy to overcome the routine batterings and domestic collapses for which they are synonymous.
Rangers need all the help they can get, with too many in this team comfortable with losing and – reluctantly – far too used to it.
Meanwhile, Rangers fans believe Michael Beale bottled his first major test as Ibrox manager.
