Glen Kamara was one of the best players at Rangers during his time at Ibrox, and it seems that he has made a strong start to life at Leeds United.

Leeds United in the Championship in England signed Glen Kamara from Rangers in the summer transfer window.

According to Leeds Live, Leeds paid Rangers £5 million in transfer fees for Kamara.

The Gers made quite a hefty profit on the former Arsenal prospect.

Glen Kamara a Rangers success story

Let us not forget that Rangers paid Dundee just £500,000 for Kamara back in 2019.

During his time at Rangers, Kamara won the Scottish Premiership title and the Scottish Cup once each other.

The Finland international midfielder also helped the Gers reach the final of the Scottish League Cup in 2019-20 and 2022-23 and the final of the UEFA Europa League in 2021-22.

Kamara is 27 now and is at his peak, and in the summer of 2023, he decided to spend his best years (in theory) at Leeds.

And, it seems that the midfielder is doing well for the Whites at the moment.

Over the weekend, Kamara made his full debut for Leeds in the Championship.

The midfielder started for Leeds against Watford at Elland Road in the Championship.

Daniel Farke’s side won 3-0.

One of the best players on the pitch was Kamara.

During his time on the pitch, Kamara had a pass accuracy of 92%, took 58 touches, and made one tackle and one interception.

Leeds Live raved about Kamara and gave him 7 out of 10 in Player Ratings.

The local Leeds media noted about the former Rangers star: “Very steady on his full debut.

“Seemed to be lagging a bit towards the end, but looked solid throughout the game in going up and down, spoiling and creating.”
