Rangers are preparing to face Feyenoord in the Europa League in what could potentially be one of the club’s biggest matches in a decade.
Victory for Rangers will secure them a spot in the last 32 of the Europa League, the first time the club has reached the knockout stages of European competition since 2011 when the club played PSV Eindhoven in the last 16 of the UEFA Cup.
But with a tough tie in the ferocious de Kuip, many Rangers have one eye on the final match against Young Boys at Ibrox.

Yet, there is absolutely nothing to suggest that Rangers can’t go to Holland and get one over on the Dutch outfit.
It’s also a chance to get a small modicum of revenge against former boss Dick Advocaat for the UEFA Cup Final defeat against Zenit in 2008.
Advocaat has taken over a Feyenoord in turmoil [Feyenoord] and currently, at the time of writing, sitting 10th in the Eredivisie.
Rangers also dominated and defeated Feyenoord at Ibrox in the first match of the group stages, showing that we do have it in us to get the better of this side.
On top of that, Rangers have been impressive on the road in Europe so far this season.
The matches against FC Midtjylland and Porto stand out, whilst the club can count themselves unlucky not to take something in Switzerland against Young Boys.

Whilst naturally, the attention of supporters might drift to that tie with Swiss outfit at Ibrox, we shouldn’t write off this game with Feyenoord just yet.
There’s certainly a case to be optimistic that we can settle this group when we travel to Rotterdam.
