Scott Arfield to auction off Motherwell strip for Help for Heroes

Rangers midfielder Scott Arfield has decided to auction off his Remembrance Sunday Matchday shirt in aid of Help for Heroes.

It’s a touch of class from the midfielder. It will be a special memento to a touching day at Ibrox, where thousands gathered to remember a century since the end of World War I.

And also to watch Rangers win 7-1 in the biggest win of the Gerrard era so far.

And the top, complete with a special emblazoned poppy on the front, can be yours for only £10.

Superb touch from Scott Arfield

The midfielder just oozes class and he was at his very best on Sunday. He nabbed two goals and was really the star man on the pitch.

Even if Eros Grezda got the man of the match award.

He had his say about the performance after the match, saying Rangers owed Motherwell one after the 3-3 draw at Firpark.

Arfield looked in top form in a post-match interview and seemed to enjoy the day and dedicated his two goals to his two wee girls.

He comes across as a real gent and speaks superbly on behalf of the club. Arfield sounds understandably moved by the commitment of Rangers fans to Armistace Day on Sunday. It’s a great touch from the midfielder.
