Scandinavian Rangers pair Filip Helander and Glen Kamara have been called up to the international squads of Sweden and Finland respectively for their upcoming UEFA Nations League games.
Centre-half Helander, 27, will join up with the Swedish side ahead of their matches against France and Portugal after re-establishing himself in the Ibrox side after injury and will hope to add to his 11 caps.
Midfielder Glen Kamara, 24, has been called up the Finland team and is an established member of the first XI after playing a key role in the Finns securing a place at EURO 2020.
Finland will face off against Ireland and Wales in their UEFA Nations League matches as they look to maintain their good form at national level.
The call ups for Kamara and Helander come after a trio of Rangers players were called up to the Scotland squad earlier in the week.
Jon McLaughlin and Ryan Jack are established internationals with the Scottish team and will be joined by youth keeper Robby McCrorie who earns his maiden call-up.
Northern Irish duo Jordan Jones and Steven Davis have also been included in the Ulster side’s national set-up ahead of their matches with Romania and Norway.
Rangers full-back Borna Barisic has also been called up to the Croatian national team as he continues to establish himself as the country’s first-choice left-back.
