Reliable Rangers blogger Four Lads Had a Dream thinks that “the window has a twist or turn to go yet” as the summer transfer season enters its final furlong.

The club insider reiterates in his latest blog that this is speculation and much of the movement at Ibrox will depend on what happens on the pitch – with Europa League qualification – and off it – with the deadwood being shipped on.

But in describing Ryan Kent as “the jewel in the crown”, the Rangers blogger hasn’t ruled out a move for either the Liverpool winger or someone else in the coming weeks.

We’ve seen how the Ryan Kent saga has rumbled on all summer – as it always threatened to.

Now, the tricky winger has been left out of the Liverpool development squad and with the English window closed, Ibrox surely remains an option for the player.

Four Lads believe so but warn that it “may just be my own heart talking instead of my head.”

But the fact the club insider remains confident we could make one other notable move before the window shuts is promising for supporters desperate for a last-minute deal.

The list of players that the blogger claims are set to be moved on includes Graham Dorrans, Jason Holt, Joe Dodoo and Eros Grezda.

Four Lads Had a Dream also acknowledge the ongoing situation over left-back Borna Barisic, which will surely be resolved one way or the other by the window’s end.
