On Wednesday evening, a former Rangers loanee received sparkling praise from fans of his current adopted side.
Ovie Ejaria spent the first half of last season at Ibrox, on loan from Liverpool.

He started promisingly, netting in the 3-3 away draw at Motherwell, but his form soon deserted him. With just one goal and two assists in 16 Premiership appearances, his stats didn’t make for great reading.
By December, clearly unhappy with how things were going in Glasgow, he opted to end the loan deal early, returning to his parent club.
He joined Reading for the back end of 2018/19 as the Royals avoided relegation, and he returned there at the beginning of this campaign, for a full season-long stint.
Last night, in a Championship fixture at West Brom, he made his third consecutive start and turned a few heads with his performance.

After going close to an opener in the first half, the 21-year-old eventually succeeded in breaking the deadlock after 71 minutes through a stunning strike from the edge of the area [Sky Sports]. His effort left opposition goalkeeper Sam Johnstone rooted to the spot as the ball crashed into the top left corner.
For some time, it looked to be enough to secure an excellent three points. Yet, in the dying embers of the game, Ejaria undid much of his earlier good work.
Tracking back into his own box, he blatantly fouled Filip Kironovic and conceded a penalty. Kenneth Zohore then made no mistake from the spot and the game ended in a draw.
Reading fans praise ex-Rangers loanee
A night of mixed fortunes then, for the ex-Rangers loanee, but he should take heart from some of the praise he received on social media.
