Reported Rangers target Rayhaan Tulloch has penned a long-term deal with Premier League hopefuls West Brom.
The Ibrox side were linked to 19-year-old striker Tulloch as recently as May as Steven Gerrard looks to strengthen his squad ahead of the new season [Scottish Sun].
According to Birmingham Live, Tulloch also rejected a move to Ibrox to sign the four-year deal with Slaven Billic’s Baggies side.
The announcement of Tulloch’s contract comes with the player yet to make his full debut at the Hawthorns.
Tulloch has made five substitute appearances since making his West Brom debut from the bench against Brighton in the FA Cup last season.
The situation involving Rayhaan Tulloch echoes that of young Stoke City striker Tyrese Campbell, who opted to stay with the Championship side over moving to Rangers earlier in the year.
Rangers are attracted to moves for talent south of the border as cross-border compensation rules mean the Ibrox club can secure top young players for knockdown prices.

Rangers have taken advantage of this already this season to sign Calvin Bassey from Leicester City and did so in the last campaign to secure the signing of now Nigeria international Joe Aribo from Charlton.
Steven Gerrard’s side remains in the hunt for attacking talent during this window with a report claiming Rangers have submitted a loan offer for Hibs striker and former loanee Florian Kamberi [EEN].
