Wednesday afternoon brought yet more success for young Rangers goal machine, Zak Rudden.
He scored the opening goal, as Scotland U19s got their UEFA Elite Round Qualifiers off to a winning start in Portugal.

The fixture against Turkey was the first of three scheduled matches in the space of just six days.
Cyprus and host nation, are the other opponents.
Rudden has been in
impressive form on loan at Falkirk this season, netting ten times for his adopted side in the Championship.
It didn’t take him long to get up and running in this youth international mini series, either.
With just seven minutes on the clock, he gave Scotland the lead.

Turkey levelled the scores on the brink of half-time, but the parity wouldn’t last for long.
Cowdenbeath’s Robbie Deas restored the advantage, before Coventry City’s Jack Burroughs made the points safe in the closing stages.
Rudden wasn’t the only Rangers link in the side, though. Far from it.
Four other Academy players were included in the starting lineup: Jordan Houston, Lewis Mayo, Glenn Middleton and Dapo Mebude.

The likes of Matthew Shiels and Stephen Kelly also featured on the bench.
It’s a great start to a busy week for the U19s and great to see Rudden on the scoresheet.
Next up are Cyprus, on Saturday afternoon, in Vila Do Conde.
