An as-yet unpopulated page on the Gers Store website appears to suggest that Hummel are primed to release a special edition Rangers kit for the Christmas period.
On Saturday afternoon, an image was shared by a fan on Twitter of a ‘blacked out’ Gers kit, accompanied with a poster claiming it was a ‘Special Fan Shirt’.
The poster detailed Friday 29th November as the release date and suggested that 10% of all proceeds would be donated to Charity.

The document is yet to be confirmed as genuine and we may need to wait until Friday to find out for sure, but a page on the Gers Store website appears to have been created in preparation for its launch.
Following the tabs ‘Shop’, ‘Christmas’ and ‘Rangers Christmas’ takes you to a currently blank page entitled ‘Black Edition’.
Should this be what it appears – a precursor to a release at the end of next week – it’s bound to get plenty of Bears excited.

There was a very positive reaction to the leaked images on social media on Saturday afternoon, and the shirts would be sure to sell in their thousands.
The fact that there’s a charity aspect to the release is a nice touch, too, especially around the festive period.
Sunday’s trip to Hamilton signals the beginning of an extremely busy spell for Steven Gerrard’s side, who are looking to clinch much-needed silverware in December’s League Cup final.
