The referee has been confirmed for Saturday afternoon’s Premiership fixture between Rangers and Dundee at Ibrox.
The Gers are looking to at least maintain their four-point lead at the top of the table this weekend with a fourth consecutive win under Giovanni van Bronckhorst.

James McPake’s Dundee are also on a good run coming into this one, though, recording three wins and three clean sheets in their last four league matches.
The man in charge of the contest will be Alan Muir [Scottishfa.co.uk].
46-year-old Muir is an experienced whistler who has officiated Rangers matches on 29 previous occasions and the Gers have an excellent record when he’s on duty.
They’ve won 23 of the 29 matches and only lost two, drawing the other four [Transfermarkt].

Across those matches, he’s only sent one Rangers player off and awarded the Light Blues five penalties, while only three spot-kicks have been given against them and four opposition players have been sent off.
This will, though, be the first time he’s taken charge of a Gers match this season.
Muir’s assistants on the day will be Dougie Potter and Sean Carr, while Scott Lambie will be on Fourth Official duty.
