Rangers have unveiled a special Champions shirt which is now available to pre-order after the club’s decade-long major trophy drought ended on Sunday [Rangers FC Twitter].
The Gers moved to within touching distance of a 55th top-flight title on Saturday afternoon with a 3-0 win over St Mirren at Ibrox and the triumph was confirmed less than 24 hours later when Celtic could only draw 0-0 with Dundee United at Tannadice.
It’s the moment Bears all around the world have been waiting for for a decade and it’s a remarkable achievement from Steven Gerrard and his playing squad.
The celebrations will continue for some time and it’s no surprise that the club and Castore have come up with a special kit to mark such an historic season.
Less than two hours after the title was secured, Rangers unveiled the stylish shirt on Twitter and invited supporters to pre-order it.

“The Glasgow Rangers Football Club is the most successful football team in the world and this season the latest chapter in this storied history has been written,” reads a Castore statement accompanying the kit release. “Title number 55 feels particularly special, it has been a long time coming but always felt inevitable.”
“Success never stays away from Rangers for long, victory is in the DNA of this football club. This manager and group of players have delivered a special season and will be remembered for bringing glory back to Ibrox after nine long years.
“To celebrate this moment of history in the making, Castore are delighted to release a 2020/2021 Champions Collection. Featuring a unique gold embroidered club emblem and the famous ‘55’ infused into the fabric; this collection will ensure this famous season will be commemorated forevermore.”
