Rangers U18s defeated Motherwell 2-1 at Braidhurst on Friday evening as two exciting young strikers found the net.
Cameron Campbell’s side came into this league match on a five-game winning streak in all competitions and they extended that record, although the hosts made them work hard for the three points.
Charlie Lindsay and Greig Allen were both absent from the matchday squad, presumably as they’ll be featuring for the B team at East Kilbride on Saturday afternoon.
However, a decent side was still fielded and the Young Gers were in front at half-time.
Rangy 17-year-old striker Robbie Ure, who has himself featured for the B team at times this season, scored the goal.
