Rangers are reportedly preparing to sell Antonio Colak and Ben Davies this summer in a damning indictment of the transfer workings of outgoing sporting director Ross Wilson.
The Ibrox support wound up protesting ex-Southampton recruitment head Ross Wilson out of Govan with the club’s former sporting director jumping ship the moment Nottingham Forest came calling.

But that Premier League switch has raised a few eyebrows at Ibrox given the flailing transfer policy and squad management of Wilson who has brought Rangers to the brink of a massive rebuild.
Several key players are set to leave for nothing at the end of their contracts, whilst several of the club’s most recent signings have failed to do the business and now look set to leave.
Ross Wilson’s men Antonio Colak and Ben Davies linked to Rangers exits
Amongst them include Croatian striker Antonio Colak, who only just joined Rangers in a reported £1.8m deal from Greek side PAOK in the summer.
Despite scoring 17 goals for Rangers this season, there is a perception the 29-year-old is not mobile or effective enough to lead the Ibrox line and he has been used sparingly amid injury and a lack of form by Michael Beale.
Now, the latest reports are suggesting that Antonio Colak could be about to leave Rangers in the summer with clubs in the MLS mooted as potential suitors.
Then there is reported £4m summer signing Ben Davies, who joined the Ibrox side via Liverpool for whom he never actually played a game.
Building his reputation at Preston North End, Rangers were supposed to be signing a Premier League quality centre-back who could provide the perfect folly next to stalwart centre-back Connor Goldson.
But the defender has proven a shaky and untrustworthy presence at the back with plenty believing the centre-back hasn’t taken to life at Rangers and doesn’t have the required mentality to make the grade.
According to club insiders Heart & Hand, Ben Davies is set to leave Rangers in the summer in a damning indictment of the club’s failing transfer policy under Ross Wilson.
That’s a reported £5.8m worth of investment which – put simply – has not delivered for Rangers and has not put up enough of a fight in the face of a relentless Celtic team.
Not only does it shine badly on both of the stars mentioned, but also on Nottingham Forest bound Ross Wilson whose summer transfer business has not worked this season.
