Rangers to induct players into Hall of Fame as Edmiston House opens

Rangers have announced plans to induct “a number” of players into the club’s Hall of Fame as part of a special opening gala for New Edmiston House.

The Gers have already opened the doors of the new facility at Ibrox Stadium for fan zones ahead of clashes at Ibrox, with the the club’s official club shop also within Edmiston House.

The idea is to provide a facility which fans can enjoy on matchdays, with a hotly anticipated club museum also set to be opened as part of New Edmiston House and supporters are already seeing the benefit of the building.

But on top of those specifically Rangers-related events, the club also hope to open an official live venue which can add to the world famous music scene in the city of Glasgow.

As part of this the venue space is set to be opened later this month with the first event set to be an official opening gala for the ambitious project.

Rangers announce New Edmiston House events

The club have announced the special lounge suit, three-course meal and champagne reception will take place on February 19th with tickets priced at £120 and including wine and a commemorative gift.

The event will see Rangers induct a range of new players in the club’s Hall of Fame, with the Gers giving nothing away on who the players might be, with the event set to be attended by first-team players.

Rangers have announced the event, with ticket details available on the club website, as part of a range of events which are in the pipeline for Edmiston House.

Alongside the special opening gala, there will be the Night of Legends on March 23rd, which follows the Weekend of Legends II clash at Ibrox Stadium over the same weekend.

Scottish band SAINT PHNX are also scheduled to play on March 31st, with the Rangers supporting pair certainly a suitable guest to be the first musical act at the new Glasgow venue.

Singer/songwriter Callum Beattie – another prominent bluenose musician – is also set to play New Edmiston House with the date set for April 7th.

Meanwhile, Rangers could face a dilemma with Alfredo Morelos reportedly interesting a club in Turkey.
