After a tense affair at Pittodrie at the weekend, Rangers will face Aberdeen again next week, as the respective teams look to book a spot in the Scottish Cup semi-final, against Celtic.
Steven Gerrard has Joe Worrall to thank for this second opportunity.
It was the defender’s first goal for the club, that secured the replay. The 21-year-old was superb on the day and his performance earned him a spot in the SPFL Team of the Week.
This time around, the Gers will have the benefit of playing at Ibrox.
However, according to the Daily Record, home advantage may be even greater than initially anticipated.
Aberdeen are only set to receive 850 tickets for the fixture.

Normally, that wouldn’t be out of the ordinary. That’s a standard allocation for away fans for any given SPL match at Ibrox.
However, Scottish Cup rules stipulate that visiting teams can receive up to 20% of the stadium’s capacity.
During the last round, for example, Kilmarnock didn’t take anywhere near that. Yet, they did bring more than double the contingent who are set to travel to support the Dons.

850 is less than 2% of Ibrox’s capacity. Therefore, there’ll be a partisan atmosphere next Tuesday night.
Just like for the Old Firm derby in December, that can only be a positive, in a massive fixture.
