Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos was once the darling of the Ibrox support but now it looks like the Colombian could well be on his way.
The firebrand striker has been lethal in his three and a bit years in Glasgow, scoring 79 goals and etching himself in European folklore at Ibrox.

But with interest from Lille turning the player’s head and the player being dropped for the visit of Kilmarnock, Morelos’ future at Ibrox is now in doubt.
Couple that with reports coming out of Colombia that a deal has already been arranged for the striker to the tune of £18m (€20m) and the writing appears to be on the wall.
Even if the media in Scotland are claiming that Rangers are still awaiting Lille to play their final hand in their chase for the player.
If Morelos is to go, it’s been a tumultuous end to an Ibrox career which has been absolutely anything but dull.
There’s been goals aplenty on foreign shores, huge moments in Scotland, and not so huge moments in Old Firm derbies.
But there has scarcely been a player more adored by the Rangers faithful in the modern era than Alfredo Morelos.

Whatever happens next, Rangers fans will always hold a special place for the striker and following his career intently.
By the same token, the club’s fans will hope that Alfredo Morelos will always hold a special place for them.
