Rangers have stormed ahead in a UEFA Europa League Twitter poll with thousands of voters backing Gerrard’s men to triumph over Royal Antwerp.
The two sides were drawn against each other for the Round of 32 on Monday, with the Gers set to face their second Belgian opponent of the season.

The Lights Blues defeated Standard Liege both at home and away during the group stages, and with Antwerp currently level on points with Standard in the Belgian top-flight, it looks a relatively kind draw.
Antwerp did take 12 points from six Europa League Group J matches, though, finishing above both LASK and Ludogorets and defeating a strong Tottenham side 1-0 along the way.
Yet, their manager, Ivan Leko, has still labelled Rangers as favourites [Daily Record] and it seems thousands of supporters are in agreement.

The official UEFA Europa League account tweeted about the tie to their 7.6m followers on Monday afternoon, before attaching a poll asking fans to predict who would progress.
The poll will remain open for a week, but Rangers already look to have taken an unassailable lead.
At the time of writing, over 26k votes had been cast, with Gerrard’s men receiving 84.8% to Antwerp’s 15.2%.
That’s a pretty resounding response and while it’s likely that many Gers supporters have backed their team, it also shows how much the club’s European reputation has improved in recent times.
The voters all face a lengthy wait to find out whether or not they backed the right team, though, with the two-legged tie not taking place until February.
On Monday, we picked out several extra factors which make Royal Antwerp an excellent draw for Rangers.
