Rangers goalkeeper and club icon Allan McGregor has laid into the SPFL with sarcastic comments about the controversially altered Dundee Yes vote.

The SPFL have attempted to force through the proposals which rather conveniently involved allowing Dundee to change their defining vote from a No to a Yes.

Responding to a video of the competitive stopper getting a question wrong on Rangers TV feature Rangers Mind, McGregor asked if it’s not too late to change his mind?

Dundee are originally said to have submitted a No vote but it was never received by the SPFL.

In the space of time before it arrived the Dens Park clubs are said to have cancelled the vote, not long after the SPFL released a statement revealing details of the vote before it ended.

This put undue pressure on Dundee who have now had an altered Yes vote controversially accepted by an SPFL seemingly desperate to force through their league-ending proposals.

A league-ending proposal which would conveniently see Celtic crowned champions whilst the likes of Hearts, Partick Thistle and Stranraer relegated.

Partick Thistle have claimed that by accepting Dundee’s altered vote, the SPFL are going against their own rules.

But that hasn’t stopped the Jags pull back from any legal action due to the immense financial implications this could bring for them and other clubs [PTFC].

Leaked WhatsApp messages appeared to show Dundee were being influenced by the “big hitters” with the name Peter – thought to be Celtic’s Peter Lawwell – mentioned in the correspondence.

Rangers claim they have received evidence of corruption in the SPFL and want an independent investigation launched before they hand it over.

On top of this, the Gers are demanding the immediate suspension of chief executive Neil Doncaster and legal advisor Rod McKenzie [Rangers].
