Rangers striker Kemar Roofe has posted a video on Instagram of injured skipper James Tavernier returning to the gym to step up his rehab.
Tavernier limped out of the Gers’ first leg Europa League Round of 32 clash against Royal Antwerp in Belgium earlier this month, after picking up an injury in a 50-50.

He has subsequently missed the last two fixtures and could be seen walking gingerly in the stands at Ibrox during the first of those matches, a 4-1 Premiership win over Dundee United.
Bears will be anxious to see the influential right-back return in time for the Gers to attempt to seal the title at Parkhead next month.
Therefore, many will likely be excited by the contents of Roofe’s Instagram story on Sunday morning.
The forward posted a video of Tavernier entering the gym in training gear and approaching a member of staff, presumably ahead of a rehab session.

It’s a big positive that the Englishman is back in the gym already and the physios at Auchenhowie will no doubt work tirelessly over the coming weeks to get him back playing as soon as possible.
Nathan Patterson made a big impact off the bench in the second leg against Antwerp at Ibrox on Thursday evening but with the teenager expected to be hit with a formal SFA ban for breaching Covid regulations, Steven Gerrard will soon likely be forced to go back to deploying Leon Balogun at right-back until Tavernier is fit to return.
Meanwhile, Rangers fans have reacted after reports suggested that Liverpool are looking to bring Gerrard back to Anfield to replace Jurgen Klopp.
