Rangers midfielder Ryan Jack landed a dig on old club and bitter rivals Aberdeen as he celebrated 55 alongside a fellow ex-Don on his Instagram profile.
The Gers midfielder shared an image of himself and Scott Wright celebrating the club’s 55th title win with a “snake” emoji, seemingly pointing to abuse suffered at the hands of rival fans.
Jack, 29, joined boyhood club Rangers in 2017 whilst Aberdeen captain to much distaste from the Dons faithful who’ve never forgiven him since.
Jack was even booed by Scotland fans on a return to Pittodrie despite being in the dark blue of the nation’s kit.
The last few seasons have been a dream come true for Ryan Jack who has emerged as a key player for this Rangers team, regularly lauded by manager and fellow number 8 Steven Gerrard.
Rangers would sting the Dons once again to sign top Pittodrie talent Scott Wright, 23, in January after originally securing a pre-contract move for the player.
That too would anger Aberdeen fans who went online in their droves to criticise Wright for the move, Rangers considered the club’s biggest rival amongst supporters at Pittodrie.

This is in stark contrast to the contempt with which Rangers fans treat the rivalry, most supporters generally considering the Dons small fry but definitely worth celebrating a victory over.
Here’s their fans melting down over that Scott Wright move in January with the club now in freefall and now manager-less following the exit of Derek McInnes this week.
