Rangers centre-half Nikola Katic will still have a role to play at the club in the first half of this season despite suffering a crushing injury blow in training.
The big centre-half will be a guest panellist on RangersTV’s media coverage as he recovers from a cruciate knee ligament injury which will keep the centre-back out until mid-season.
It’s a great opportunity for the fan favourite to feel part of the action and in covering the side as a teammate Katic will certainly have plenty to offer this season.
The big defender will be able to give an insight into the side that not even the likes of Walter Smith or Graeme Souness can bring given the big Croat will be covering his teammates.
The two ex-Rangers managers form part of an elite media team which also sees ex-players Neil McCann and Alex Rae join as pundits.
Scotland Women’s National Team coach Shelley Kerr will also provide analysis whilst legendary broadcaster Clive Tyldesley has also been signed on as a commentator.
The Rangers fans are very much excited about the star-studded line-up and are eager to see the club’s coverage of Rangers games this season.

Club media coverage will come under greater scrutiny than ever this season amid the coronavirus lockdown and Rangers deserve credit for treating this as an opportunity.
The club’s exciting media line-up is almost certainly the best in Scotland and likely to be up there as one of the best in the UK.
