Todd Cantwell has been in fine form of late, the Rangers playmaker is back producing the sort of numbers that has seen Philippe Clement’s side close the gap at the top of the table.
At one point, the Gers boss was looking at a deficit in double figures but he has galvanised a squad focussed on nothing but the next game – and it appears to be working.
Fans can get carried away but inside Ibrox, it’s clear that nobody is looking beyond the next three points as Todd Cantwell explains the current focus driving the Rangers squad.

Todd Cantwell on full focus as Rangers star makes title race claim
The 25-years old has had a stop-start season but now finds himself back doing what he does best – bossing games and scoring goals.
The message from any players tasked with performing media duties has been a consistent one.
Everything is about what we can control, about the whole squad playing their part and about looking only at who the next opponent is, nothing else matters.
If you want proof of this, when asked if he realised Rangers could go top of the league when they face Aberdeen on Tuesday night, he said:
“I wasn’t aware of that.
“The message inside is we are tunnel vision at the minute.
“I think it is important to be. We were in a position where we were chasing and I think the most important thing when you are chasing is just to have tunnel vision.
“Don’t look around, you don’t need to know what is going on elsewhere, do what you can do and be in control of what you can be in control of.”
It’s a simple but effective message, Sir Alex Ferguson used to talk about controlling the controllables.
Philippe Clement has said it too.
It doesn’t matter what Celtic do, we can’t control that but, what we can control, is the effort and determination needed to win each game between now and the end of the season.
As the performance from Todd Cantwell and his Rangers teammates showed, there is a relentless mentality that has been missing since we won the league in 2020/21.
If we are to win the league again, the tunnel vision that served us so well then will need to be sustained.
With Cantwell and Clement leading the way, I wouldn’t bet against them.
