Ross McCrorie has been speaking out about life at Rangers, as quoted by the Daily Record.
The recently turned 21-year-old has been excellent when called upon this year.
The Gers have only lost once in 24 matches when he’s featured – a ringing endorsement of the solidity he provides in midfield.

Recently, though, he’s slipped down the pecking order.
Glen Kamara is filling the defensive midfield berth while McCrorie hasn’t always made the matchday squad.
However, it isn’t something he’s overly concerned about.
“It’s part and parcel of football”, said the youth international, as quoted by the Record.
“I trust the manager and we’ll see what happens. I feel I’m developing really well.”
Whatever it takes to win
He then went on to discuss his training habits and drive to be successful.

“I’ve been doing the wee extra bits with coaches and in the gym. I’ve been brought up to always work hard.”
“That’s just part of my mentality. I don’t want to lose anything even coming away with Scotland.”
“I don’t want to lose games in training, a tackle or a 50-50 or making that pass, I just want to be a winner.”
That’s exactly the kind of thing Rangers fans want to hear.
McCrorie is a homegrown talent who’s clearly had commendable values drummed into him.

He’s still young and he knows he has to work to get back into a competitive Gers midfield. Surely, though, there’s a fair chance he’ll start playing a bigger role between now and the end of the season.
The fan favourite is in action as captain of Scotland U21s this afternoon, in a friendly against Mexico, in Marbella.
