Rangers may not have a fixture this weekend, but it’s close to business as usual at the Hummel Training Centre.
With less than ten players away on senior international duty, eyes are already fixed on the upcoming Old Firm fixture.
On Wednesday afternoon, the club released a training video giving an insight into preparations.
After a fairly heavy fixture schedule recently, this week was always going to be light.
Players like Daniel Candeias have spoken out about fatigue. Therefore, recovery will be high on the list of priorities.
Connor Goldson and James Tavernier, who have played over 90 matches between them this season, can be seen taking part in an indoor stretching session, early in the video.

Things do eventually move onto the pitch, though.
Lesser spotted figures like Jon Flanagan and Lee Wallace get involved in drills.
Steven Gerrard looks to be taking a back seat, letting his coaches direct the session.
Yet, he does take the opportunity to casually whip a free kick into the top corner in the closing stages.

His captain, James Tavernier, follows suit immediately after.
Fans will be expecting to see an improvement on recent form after the international break, and some reacted underneath post.
