Rangers partners sign deal with sporting icon and England captain

Rangers’ retailers Castore have signed a new deal with Rugby Union star and England captain Owen Darrell as they continue to grow their impressive brand portfolio.

Farrell is a big name for the brand to secure and the Saracens fly-half joins the likes of tennis legend Andy Murray and F1 team McLaren as partners of the Liverpool-based kit supplier.

Rangers are the brand’s first-ever venture into the football market whilst Castore also have a deal with the Sri Lankan cricket team and Paralympian tennis player Lauren Jones.

This continues Castore’s impressive development as a leading sports brand on the global stage with their team thoroughly excited about the partnership with Owen Darrell.

The news also comes with Castore reportedly set to announce two new forays into the English Premier League market commencing this summer.

Reports have suggested that the retailer has signed a deal with both Wolves and Newcastle as they look to expand their increasingly impressive group of partners.

Castore signed a “long-term” deal with Rangers in the summer reported to worth in the region of £25m [Scotsman] after a years of tumultuous boardroom battles in the club’s retail department.

The “landmark” deal was hailed at the club’s AGM by marketing director James Bisgrove as their “monumental” effort in shifting 200k products was lauded.
