The Scottish Sun reports that Rangers will consider all offers for Graham Dorrans.
The 32-year-old midfielder signed for the club in 2017 from Norwich City and there were high hopes for him at Ibrox.
He brought with him a wealth of experience, including international exposure with Scotland and 142 Premier League appearances across spells at West Brom and Norwich City [PremierLeague.com].

However, injuries have plagued his time in Glasgow.
Now, despite being a marquee signing at the time of his arrival, he finds himself well down the pecking order.
The Gers are very strong in midfield with the likes of Steven Davis, Scott Arfield, Glen Kamara, Joe Aribo and Greg Docherty arriving at the club since Dorrans himself signed.
By leaving him out of the travelling party for the pre-season training camp in Portugal, Steven Gerrard signalled that he is surplus to requirements. Since then, reports have suggested he’s been told to find another club [Daily Record].

Rangers ‘open’ to loan for Dorrans
However, there doesn’t appear to have been any progress to that end. Now, a Scottish Sun report has provided an update on his situation, suggesting that the Gers will consider a loan move as well as a permanent transfer.
Dorrans only has one year remaining on his contract. Therefore, this information suggests that the Gers aren’t holding out for a fee as he would be a free agent at the end of any season-long loan. Instead, they’ll be happy to get him off the books in order to streamline the squad.
While there’s still a month of the window remaining in Scotland, the veteran is running out of time to secure a move to a high level in England. Transfer deadline day for clubs in the top two tiers of English football falls in a weeks time, on 8 August.
