Official Rangers partners Hamburg have sent the club a classy message on Twitter to celebrate the 150th anniversary amid the upcoming legends weekend.
The German club posted on Twitter that they would like to congratulate partner club Rangers on their 150th anniversary and they also have some plans to celebrate the occasion too.

The club has put Rangers flags all over the Volksparkstadion and the Hamburg supporters club has also organised a Rangers party which will focus on the close Glasgow-Hamburg connection.
This is a lovely touch from the Germans and one that will go down well with the Ibrox faithful, especially those who are based in the region.

The legends match takes place at Ibrox tomorrow and will feature some icons of the game. The world XI will contain names such as Kaka, Luis Figo, and Gheorge Hagi amongst others who will take on a Rangers legends squad captained by Barry Ferguson and featuring Paul Gascoigne, Kris Boyd, and Sasa Papac.
There is no doubt this will be an excellent occasion and will mark the perfect end to a month of celebrations for the major milestone.
Ibrox should be near full capacity for this and hopefully, the two teams can put on a show, especially with some of the talents that will be strutting their stuff around the ground.
This all comes as the Ibrox side look set to challenge on three fronts for glory. We are into the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup, second in the league table and performing well in Europe, reaching the quarter-finals of the Europa League.

Letβs hope that there will be silverware of some sort to show off come the end of the campaign.
In other news, a Rangers legend has made a U-turn on retirement plans to take up a new role.
