Jack Butland can do no wrong in a Rangers jersey, however, Dujon Sterling isn’t far behind his towering teammate.
The 24-year old was valued so highly at Stamford Bridge that Chelsea offered him a new contract, but regular football and a new home at Ibrox was chosen instead.
Philippe Clement couldn’t work out why the utility man wasn’t playing for Rangers when he arrived in Glasgow with the manager having a new problem to solve.

Rangers have to stop rotating Dujon Sterling and give him a chance
Even just in Old Firm derbies, Sterling has played on the right wing, centre of midfield, left-back and centre-half.
Incredibly, none of these positions are his strongest.
And this is the problem.
Long-term, Sterling looks like he will be a more than capable replacement for James Tavernier.
Against Celtic, he assisted Rangers only goal and created a sitter for Fabio Silva.
He also beat Greg Taylor on a few occasions too.
Defensively, there’s not a winger in the SPFL that has dribbled past him.
In the meantime, Clement needs to do Sterling and the rest of the team a favour and play him where he has been most impressive this season – it’s just typical that he has picked up an injury at a time when he is needed most.
The middle of the park.
Sterling is an incredible athlete.
Not only does he have an impressive engine, but he is also one of the quickest players in the team and a physical specimen.
Daizen Maeda tried his knock and run tactic against Sterling when he had dropped into defence and didn’t even get close to getting the ball.
Maeda is the quickest player in the league.
Sterling’s ability on the ball is also underrated.
How many times has he wasted possession or put his team in trouble with stray passes?
Compare and contrast with John Lundstram who has consistently turned over possession in the last month.
Lundstram absence opens the door for someone to impress
Lundstram’s red card at Parkhead might be a blessing in disguise with a vacancy now available in a key position in midfield.
Nicolas Raskin looked good when he came on, and there is no reason why the terrier like Belgian can’t play alongside Sterling.
Rangers haven’t dominated a midfield for a long time, and it has been the difference in this season’s Old Firm encounters.
The engine room needs more energy and more aggression.
Sterling and Raskin have both in abundance.
Philippe Clement has to build his team around the players who have never let him down, those who fit the profile of player who he wants to sign in the summer.
There is nobody who fits it more than Dujon Sterling and midfield is where he can have the biggest impact.
