Rangers managing director Stewart Robertson has been elected to the SPFL Board for the second time.
The Rangers chief will sit on the Board for season 19/20 and was elected to the position by the 42 member clubs in the SPFL.
Robertson is one of three Scottish Premiership representatives, with Motherwell’s Alan Burrows and Les Gray of Hamilton elected alongside him.

The other three representatives on the SPFL Board are made up of Championship representatives Ross McArthur (Dunfermline) and Graham Peterkin (Ayr United), and League One/Two rep Ken Ferguson (Brechin City).
The results of the vote also mean that Celtic chief executive Peter Lawell has missed out on a place on the Board.
Robertson was previously elected onto the Board in 2017/18 and will return for a second time this season.
The fact Robertson has been elected to the Board is testament to his work behind the scenes with Rangers and how he helped make Rangers an influencer once again in the upper echelons of Scottish football.
It’s not the first time Robertson has been in the press this week either.

The Rangers supremo suggested there’s still cash available for Steven Gerrard [Scottish Sun] as he spoke to the press.
Robertson had been launching a brand-new inclusive initiative, Everyone, Anyone, which celebrates diversity at Ibrox.
