Zak Rudden returned to action for Plymouth Argyle on Saturday afternoon, following an injury absence.
The loanee was forced to return to Glasgow in late September for treatment on a knee issue which had been hindering him for some of his stint at the EFL League Two club.

Argyle manager Ryan Lowe decided the teenage striker was better off resolving the problem early on, rather than soldiering on in an effort to make a good impression [Plymouth Herald].
Rangers loanee Rudden returns to action
It seems the Gers medical team did a good job, in a short space of time, though, as Rudden was deemed ready to come on in the 67th minute for Plymouth today in their league fixture against Scunthorpe United.
Shortly after he made his entrance, his adopted side, who had trailed earlier in the piece, took the lead through Will Aimson. However, the Iron would go on to grab a stoppage-time equaliser, much to the dismay of the Home Park faithful.
It’s good to see Rudden, who also missed out on pre-season due to a knee problem, return to action.

He’ll now be hoping to start banging them in, just as he did at Falkirk last season.
