Rangers loanee Ross McCrorie grabbed another assist for Portsmouth while Barrie McKay shone for Fleetwood Town on Tuesday night.
The two sides were locked on 59 points heading into what promised to be a tight EFL League One fixture at Fratton Park.

It was the visitors who struck first, through main attacking spark, Barrie McKay.
The former Ger, who is on loan with the Cods from Swansea City, saw his initial 19th-minute effort saved, but was on hand to convert the rebound from close range.
McCrorie would help to get his side back level just over 15 minutes later, though. His floated cross from deep on the right found Sean Raggett, who looped a header over the keeper and into the centre of the goal.
That’s now four assists in the Scotland U21 international’s last six outings, and he looks to be blossoming at right-back.

The second half was then all about former Dundee United centre-back Harry Souttar, who briefly put Pompey in the lead with an own goal, before making amends with a header in the 55th minute.
Both sides now move to 60 points, with Pompey one spot ahead of Fleetwood in fourth spot courtesy of a superior goal difference [BBC Sport].
This was a missed opportunity for McCrorie and co. to go level with second-placed Rotherham, but with nine games of the regular season remaining there’s still plenty of time to move up into those automatic promotion slots.
