Rangers have been linked with a January move for Scotland penalty hero and boyhood bluenose Kenny McLean.
The Sun is running an exclusive in which they claim Rangers are weighing up a permanent move or loan-to-buy deal to bring the player to Ibrox from current club Norwich.

McLean, 28, scored in both penalty shoot-outs as Scotland firstly dumped Israel at Hampden and Serbia in Belgrade to help the nation reach Euro 2020.
The midfielder has found himself out of the side ever since Norwich were relegated to the English Championship, playing only eight matches for the side this season, scoring once.
Four of those appearances in the English second tier also came from the bench for Daniel Farke’s side and thi is in stark contrast to the 37 appearances in he made in the Premier League last season.
Rangers fan Mclean joined Norwich from Aberdeen in 2018 following the expiration of his contract with the midfielder himself telling Open Goal there was minor interest from Ibrox back then.
However, none of this ever materialised and McLean headed south to Norwich where he helped them to promotion the season before last.
“There was talk a couple of times about Rangers but nothing ever materialised for me,” said McLean.
“Nothing was ever in front of me.
“Even when I was out of contract at Aberdeen, I had six months left on my deal and there were talks but nothing too big, to be honest with you.

“Nothing for me to get excited about because there was nothing ever in front of me.”
The Sun report claims that Rangers inquired about McLean again in the last transfer window and that the player would be willing to make the switch if Norwich are willing to let him go.
