Rangers-linked Danilho Doekhi [DailyRecord] headed in a last-minute equaliser for Vitesse Arnhem as they salvaged a 1-1 draw against Utrecht in what proved to be a fiery encounter.
The home side took the lead through Moussa Sylla before the match was halted for 30 minutes due to the Vitesse fans throwing fireworks onto the pitch. Vitesse had Adrian Grbic sent off following an incident where he elbowed opposition player Mike van der Hoorn.
Utrecht struggled to see out the match and Doekhi netted in the last minute to salvage what looked like a very unlikely point as Vitesse keep their European ambitions alive.

The club has been perennially linked with the Dutch defender as of late and there is no doubt he would have been a good January signing to boost our backline.
With the capture of John Souttar on a pre-contract agreement, there were high hopes that Doekhi would follow suit.
The Eredivisie side was demanding a fee of £2m for the defender any side wanted to sign him in January, which wasn’t exactly financially viable considering his contract expires at the end of the current campaign.
The Ibrox side has conceded ten goals since the winter break and with there being constant changes at the heart of the defence, then Doekhi may have been able to come in and improve the defence.
With Connor Goldson and Leon Balogun out of contract at the end of the season, it is a move that certainly makes sense, especially in the long run.
The 23-year-old has plenty of experience and is already captain of his club side, hopefully, a move can materialise in the near future as van Bronckhorst looks to finetune his squad.
