Rangers had done well this year in not allowing any Castore kit leaks to escape onto social media, with the club announcing when fans will finally get to see the 2023/24 home strip.
Every season has seen numerous catastrophes from the rapidly expanding sportswear firm but, they seem to have battened down the hatches – until about 12pm today that is.
The announcement made via email and on the club’s social media channels has revealed that the new Rangers offering from Castore will be available from 8am tomorrow morning.
To celebrate the launch, Rangers have taken things one step further by hosting an event in New Edmiston house, supported by Castore.
Entertainment for young Gers fans as well as a collection of match worn strips for older Bears to enjoy followed by a live screening of the Champions League final.

Rangers and Castore haven’t always had it easy
There are two years left of the Rangers deal with Castore and it is fair to say that it hasn’t always been plain sailing or that fans have always been happy with the products available.
In terms of range, there has always been plenty to chose from but issues with delivery and quality has seen criticism aimed at the club’s communication and choice of partners.
There is still a long way to go until 8am and there are already posts on social media starting to emerge.
Boxes will have to be unpacked, shelves will have to be stocked and retail employees will be dying to let others in on what has been one of the best kept kit secrets for years.
By and large, the home kits have been a success from Castore and this one should be no different.
A nod to the past and simplicity of design has seen record sales but, as always, you just know that some won’t be happy.
It wouldn’t be a Rangers kit release if they weren’t though.
If you can’t wait, here is a sneak peak of what the 2023/24 home kit looks like….
