Rangers kid Dire Mebude is set to snub a deal at Ibrox to sign for Manchester City, according to a range of reports.
Football Insider broke the story on Mebude and it has since been alluded to by the likes of popular Twitter account Football Stewart.
Seems like Adedire Mebude will join the ever-growing number of young kids in Scotland taking their talents elsewhere. Man City awaits.

The 16-year-old forward has reportedly turn down the offer of a professional contract at Rangers to move to the Etihad’s youth set-up.
The younger brother of fellow Gers striker Dapo, Mebude would be free to move to City with the player unable to sign a professional contract in Scotland until he turned 16.

This news also comes with young Rangers forward Nathan Young-Coombes, 17, reportedly set to join the Academy ranks of West Ham.

Rangers youngster Kai Kennedy has also been at the centre of an exit storm with many Rangers fans believing Steven Gerrard sent him a strong message in pre-season over signing a new contract.
Reports had previously suggested that Kennedy [Scottish Sun] had been told he could leave the club with Gerrard talking down those with “ego” in the youth Academy [RangersTV].

Dire’s older brother Dapo is considered one of the most promising talents at Ibrox and broke through into the first team away to Kilmarnock at the end of the season before last.
The 19-year-old forward will be hoping for more first-team opportunities this season as he looks to further establish himself in the Rangers team.
