Another talented prospect has left Ibrox on a loan move.
In recent weeks there’s been something of an exodus of young players in search of senior experience.
Stephen Kelly headed for Ayr United and scored a stunning free-kick over the weekend. Cammy Palmer joined Partick Thistle for the season, while Robby McCrorie moved to fellow Championship side Queen of the South on loan.
First-team regular from last season, Ross McCrorie, has also left Ibrox temporarily. He’ll be turning out for EFL League One outfit Pompey across 2019/20.

Now, an up and coming goalkeeper has followed their lead.
18-year-old Nicky Hogarth has joined Caledonian Braves, as confirmed by his new club’s Twitter account.
Formerly known as Edusport Academy, the Braves are competing in the Scottish Lowland League.
Hogarth made the bench on Tuesday evening, in the season opener against Edinburgh Uni at Peffermill. His new club made the perfect start to life after their name change, running out 6-0 winners.
As Rangers are yet to provide full details on the nature of the loan, it’s unclear if this is a short-term or season-long move for the keeper.
Either way, though, he’ll be hoping to break into the starting XI, with the next fixture against Kelty Hearts scheduled for Saturday.
