When Rangers and Celtic lock horns on Sunday, there will be many head-to-head battles to look out for.
One in particular, though, goes way back.

Joe Worrall and Oliver Burke came through the youth system at Nottingham Forest together.
Worrall, of course, is still attached to the club. He’s only on loan at Ibrox until the end of the season.
Burke, is also a loan player for Celtic, but he cut his ties with Forest back in 2016, in favour of an ambitious move to RB Leipzig in Germany.

Sunday will be his first taste of an Old Firm, having only joined in January.

Who will come out on top?

Burke will constitute one of Celtic’s biggest attacking threats at the weekend.
He has four goals and one assist since joining Celtic and has the pace to stretch the Rangers defence.
However, in Worrall, he faces an improving and physically improsing defender.

The 22-year-old hasn’t always been popular with Bears this season. After the howler at Kilmarnock in particular, who could blame them.

Yet, in December’s Derby at Ibrox, he was immense. He tackled everything in sight and read the game well, playing a major role in the keeping of a clean sheet.
Burke represents a challenge for Worrall, but he’ll know plenty about his old teammate and will look to use that to his advantage.
